After locating the life-giving device that the Kull armor is based on, Jacob and Sam were able to devise a weapon which would counteract the life-giving properties of the device. At full effectiveness, two shots at most will bring down a drone. Later this was even further refined as by Reckoning, one shot was sufficient to take down each of the Kull warrior personal guards Ba'al had next to his throne on the Pel'tak.
