Officer Stan Washington is a police officer of the Starling City Police Department. He is also the husband of Jana Washington. He was visiting Starling Trust Bank, off-duty, when the Royal Flush Gang robbed it. When he reached for his gun during the robbery, he was shot by Ace. Oliver paid for his medical costs, with a "nudge" from Diggle, he was reported to be on the way to a full recovery.
