Seireitou learned and mastered the technique when he battled Ryun Uchiha. He used the Bakuryuha without knowledge of the technique, something Byakko said was impossible. The user must have strong enough chakra to overpower his enemy's or else the technique cannot be used. When the Bakuryuha is unleashed it fires several twisters filled with the KatonGetsuga and the chakra of the enemy at an enemy and destroy cuts through their body leaving almost no remains behind.
