Pleck was a Lieutenant with the New Republic and was an agent with the New Republic Intelligence Service. He was sent to serve on board the Glorious under Colonel Ejagga Pakkpekatt in the search for the Teljkon Vagabond. After a failed attempt to capture the Vagabond, Pleck volunteered to aide Pakkpekatt in his search for Lando Calrissian.
