Joseph "Baby Joe" Johnson is the former manager of the Seattle Screamers. He is described as having coarse black hair, dull brown eyes, and a completely forgettable appearance. He became a sports agent, which he later parleyed into becoming the team manager of the Seattle Screamers. He is described as being marginally successful and managed the Seattle Screamers into a huge losing streak until Punch and Judy came along. He also has several large gambling debts and loans with the Mafia and Yakuza, trying to play off both factions at the same time.
