A Marine who had been leading the life of a wealthy playboy falls off the rooftop of a night club with the LAPD believing that it's a suicide. However, the Marine's family contact SECNAV who later tasks OSP with investigating the case but things change when OSP Tech Operator Eric Beale discovers that the supposed suicide is in fact a murder with the team searching for the Marine's killer with the help of a Secret Service agent.
