Wiley and Annie Kane go to work for Ben Cartwright, wanting to pay off a debt made by their no-good father. Before the old man died, Sam Kane cheated Ben out of a substantial amount of money. All is well until Annie learns that her swindling father is still alive; that's when she turns into a chip off the old block.
