His name is Toshio Yazawa. He comes from Hokkaido, and looks like George Clooney. He seems fairly skilled, due to still actually being alive. He seems rather old, but has a sense of humour, openly mocking Kaze about how old he looks. He is knowledgeable enough to spot skilled combatants, such as Kei, Kaze, Kato, Yoshikawa and Mary Mclane, and even seemed pleased he joined with them, because of their strength. It seems he isn't keen on fighting.
