Brooke Shimizu (voiced by Jenny Slate) - She is Japanese Canadian. Brooke is a rebellious punk-rock influenced girl with a sarcastic wit. She is Doug's long-time schoolmate who frequently bullies and humiliates him in front of his peers. Despite hating him, Brooke has a crush on Doug but is too shy to show or admit it so she picks on him specifically because of her feelings towards him.
