Spar is a Frontier Brain of the Chishiki Battle Frontier. He is the head of the Battle Arena, becoming it's Arena Master. He specialises in File:Fighting.gif Pokemon. You'll face him in a Double Battle and will the give you the Combat Pin/Golden Combat Pin when defeated. You must defeat 50 trainers in Double Battles to challenge Spar.
