The Naku Naku no Mi is a Paramecia Devil Fruit that allows its user to turn into an "onion". This allows him to force others to cry, like chopping an onion does, and also makes him release a horrible stench, similar to the breath one gets after eating onions. It was eaten by Gota, one of the two pets in of the Wild Pirates, making him a Onion Human (タマネギ人間 Tamanegi Ningen?). "Naku Naku" is a Japanese onomatopoeia meaning "in tears", as a reference to an onion's crying properties when one chops it.
