Boris Weaver was a butcher who worked for Ashley Peacock at Elliott & Son. Boris appeared for the first time on 5th April 1999 and appeared recurrently, but has not been seen since Christmas 2004, while attending Ashley's wedding to Claire Casey. Boris had often been referred to since then, looking after the shop while Ashley was away.
