A graduate of Yale and Harvard, Ahmed Fadhil returned to the Middle East to carry out his medical profession. He became the Chief Medical Officer in Syria before turning to private practice and offering plastic surgery operations for the world's criminals and terrorists. Interpol learned of Fadhil's identity and issued arrest warrants in twelve countries, but the Yemeni Liberation Authority headed by Fatha Al-Hassan and Walid Abdul Khorsh sheltered him in Sana'a. Fadhil had access to a large single-room operating center outside of the city's black market arms bazaar.
