Scott Mitchell was a rifleman and the commanding officer of the Ghost Special Forces Alpha Team. Later on, in 2020, he became the CO of the Joint Strike Force. However, for some unexplained reason, he loses this position in 2021 and gets demoted back to Captain in Ghost Special Forces during the 2021 War.But it is now known that the plot of HAWX does not connect to EndWar's timeline which explains his rank between EndWar and HAWX which indicates that Mitchell is still commander of the Joint Strike Force in EndWar's timeline but still a Captain in HAWX's timeline.
