HoloNet News and Entertainment (HNE) was a major news channel during the time of the Clone Wars and the Galactic Alliance. During the final years of the Galactic Republic, it merged with HoloNet News Service. It did a daily, Galaxy-wide morning news bulletin, highlighting the major events of the previous day. It also featured a comedy circuit. They did a special radio feature for the clones during the Clone Wars. Just before Order 66 was executed, one of their reporters was found dead in his home after writing a piece revealing the Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's faulty accounting.
