Oga of Dullsgard is one of the teachers at Wolperting who teaches reading & writing. Upon entering Wolperting, Rumo had to take Oga's classes, along with three other students as they could only speak. This was taught in a dark dungeon which along with not being allowed to go to fencing, was meant to make them want to finish faster.
