Gabriel's Horn of Truth is an angelic instrument created by God as a "party favor" to the archangel Gabriel. In Meta Fiction, it later revealed that the horn itself is a kind of spell (more precisely, it is a sigil). When the sigil is activated, it will draw any nearby angels to it.
