The Down But Not Out Cafe was a cafe located in an unknown human city. It was located on the south of the square near the Selkirk Hotel, The Family Fun Arcade, Regency Theater, The Unexploded UXO Building, and Pawn Mart. It had a picture of a drunken Gear on the front of the building.
