Long Huang, later revealed to actually be the Dragon Huanglong, is the main antagonist of Neo-Jungle Fury and the Ancient Phantom Beast King that was believed to have commanded the Phantom Beast Generals from the shadows as they fought Dai Shi during the Great Beast War. Unlike Dai Shi, Long intends to rule Humanity instead of destroying them, and has used Dai Shi from the shadows to test the new Defenders of the Earth.
