Greyland is a one building settlement located just west of Leyawiin. It is the home of Skooma dealer Kylius Lonavo and his Marauder sidekick. A poorly kept stone fence surrounds the property and the area, indicative of Blackwood, is full of vegetation. A wide cobblestone path surrounds the house itself. Notable ingredient plants are: Dragon's Tongue and Tiger Lily that grow by the front door. Crates and barrels are stacked alongside the house. The inside is in disarray but has cupboards, dressers, and a bed as well as common food items.
