He has "bright red hair and a scraggly beard," and wears "a 'Goody Pruett's' smock covered with sticky stains of all colors." In August of 2007, he sold Wyland West's Famous 99-Flavored Ice Cream to Lilith Grimm and Alexandra Quick.
