Ali Afshar is an actor who appeared in the NCIS Season 1 episode, Bête Noire (episode) as Yasir Qassam. He also previously appeared in the JAG series, guest-starring in the Season 7 episode, "In Country" and the JAG Season 8 episodes, "Lawyers, Guns and Money", "Pas de Deux" and "A Tangled Webb (Part 1)". He is sometimes credited as Alex Dobb.
