Lieutenant Commander Civita was the Starfleet first officer of Foxtrot XIII in 2311 under the command of Commander Amina Sasine. Civita was rotated out of the Foxtrot sector just prior to the infamous Tomed Incident, in which all of the Foxtrot outposts were destroyed in an attack by the Romulan vessel, the IRW Tomed.
