In a zip-lock bag, crush a handful of salted crackers. In a bowl, season the meat with some salt and seasoned salt, then pour cracker crumbs on top of meat. Use the hands to combine the meat and cracker crumbs, then add about half of the tomato sauce, again using the hands to combine the ingredients. Place meat in a pan and flatten slightly, the pour the rest of the tomato sauce on top, making sure sauce covers the entire top of the meat. Top with a couple of squirts of ketchup, covering the entire top of the meat, then cook at 350 degrees for about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
