Victor Quiñones (1960 - 2006) was a Puerto Rican professional wrestling executive who founded the International Wrestling Association and was a prominent promoter for the World Wrestling Council and for various promotions in Japan. Quiñones died in his home on April 1, 2006, in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He was 46 years old.
