Thomas Anthony 'Tom' Lewis, OAM (born 1958) is an Australian author, former naval officer, and military historian. He is the Director of the Darwin Military Museum. In June 2003, Lewis was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia for meritorious service to the Royal Australian Navy, particularly in the promotion of Australian naval history. He holds the degrees of BA(Dip. Ed.), MA, and PhD.
