The University of Rago Rago 56 Rago was a university. Scholars from the university were on Platform One in 5,000,000,000 to witness the destruction of Earth. (TV: The End of the World) The university had a gigantic library in mid-space, in which the books would be linked into the readers' minds. When the Tenth Doctor and Rose Tyler visited it, they found that Macrobes had invaded the mindlinks like viruses, going directly into the readers' minds and turning them into zombies.
