The AWPer Hand is a promotional primary weapon for the Sniper. It is an AI Arctic Warfare Police sniper rifle, used in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive under its abbreviation: AWP. This weapon is a reskin of the normal sniper rifle, and therefore has all of the same atributes and statistics of the sniper rifle. It is a play on the words "Upper hand", referencing to a powerful weapon from Counter Strike.
