Leona is a melee-based unit in Metal Slug Attack, adapted from her appearance in Metal Slug Defense. She primarily attacks by slashing enemies with her knife in close-quarters, and can outright block enemy attacks with her special, the Moon Slasher. She's currently available via the POW Shop and as a special login bonus after several days without playing. However, she isn't much effective like her Cat-Ears counterpart against heavy attacks. Like most cheaper units, she can be easily killed by the Metal Slug Attack or Super Metal Slug Attack.
