The drow settlement of Blackstrand can be found in the Darklands realm of Sekamina, far below the Aspodell Mountains of northwestern Andoran. Agents of House Vexidyre recently discovered a long-forgotten elf gate near the outpost and have so far limited access to it to their own mages, to the great vexation of all the other drow noble houses.
