The inaugural champions were the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley & Chris Sabin), who defeated Sinner's Paradise (Brandon Silas & Ryan Yugo) and Beer Money, Inc. (Bobby Roode & James Storm) in a Triangle match at New-TNA Genesis. The current champions are the Million Dollar Congregation (The Suspect & D'Angelo Dinero), who are in their first reign as champions. They defeated The British Invasion in a tournament final at New-TNA Turning Point. Overall, there have been 2 official reigns shared between 4 wrestlers and 2 teams.
