The flag of Cheenarn, or "The Colour-Stained Banner" (Hungarian: A Szín - Foltos transzparens), is a traditional cultural vertical tricolour with the colours of navy blue, Latin red, and orange, that are known as the Pan-Cheenarnian Colours. I addition, there is a symbolic star and a SPQR bird which was used in the times when the Roman Empire was around. The navy blue colour indicates the imperial design of the Empire of Cheenarn. It is also used to describe the seas and oceans of the world, meaning that Cheenarn stole the British term, "Rule the Waves." To the people of Cheenarn, the phrase means that they were a great naval power that encompassed the world. The orange colour represents the formation of Cheenarn and the hard times the country has had throughout history. Some Cheenarnians
