Spencer Richards, or Spencer, Baron of Hyannis was the youngest child of Earl David. Spencer originally was the Earl of Hyannis; however, Hyannis was downgraded to a Barony during a restructuring of the provinces in 2069. He was killed during a nuclear attack at the conclusion of the Grand Mexican War.
