Mitch Suskin was a tactical ops officer who worked on the USS Prometheus. (VOY: "Message in a Bottle" set artwork) Suskin's name was listed on the dedication plaque of the Prometheus. He was named for VOY and ENT visual effects supervisor Mitch Suskin.
