Mark Kinser (May 5, 1964 - ) is a former NASCAR driver from Oolitic, IN. He attempted one Craftsman Truck Series event in his career. That came in 1997, but Kinser failed to qualify for the event and never attempted another one since. Due to an old points system, Kinser received points for his effort and ended the year 108th in the year-end standings.
