Rampart Way was a steep set of wide stone steps in Malaz City leading from the base of Mock's Cliff to the fortress known as Mock's Hold. The stairs were cut from the granite cliff itself and switched back four times before reaching their end. The entire walk was within range of the fortress' springalds and catapults.
