Mordrish (formerly Merander Mailheart of Lordaeron) was once a human knight in the kingdom of Lordaeron, serving as a mounted armed warrior who studied chivalry and the code of knightly virtues. He fought for Lordaeron during the course of the Second War but it cost him his life. Later, when the Forsaken broke away from the Scourge after the Third War, Mordrish was reanimated as a member of the Forsaken, believing that Sylvanas Windrunner personally resurrected him.
