Gekido is the original Kekkei Genkai obtained by Ryū Hozuki after he sipped the Blood Water of the Shinigami. It allows the user to access an inner rage, along with a variety of abilities. After consuming the Blood Water, Ryū believes that taking the souls of others will satisfy the Shinigami granting the user a variety of abilities — Jikanteido, Shishakara and Renkin.
