Daystrom OS is a computer operating system used in the Federation, based on the work of Doctor Richard Daystrom. Version 2.1 was copyrighted on stardate 8130.5 and was used in the Starfleet Academy computers. (TOS video game: Starfleet Academy Starship Bridge Simulator) The Operating System, obviously named after Dr. Daystrom, appears briefly whenever the player logs into the game database.
