"Bryyo leaves" are attached to a large species of plant that resembles a giant venus flytrap. Samus encounters two of the plants in the Burrow located on Bryyo. Though they ignore her, she uses the leaves that grow out of their vines in order to navigate the area, though they are sensitive enough to disappear for several seconds after she moves across them. The second one she encounters possesses only one jaw. The species somewhat resembles the mobile flytraps known as Grippers.
