John William Goodell Jr. (b. 1930) was a minor league baseball player. His career lasted from 1953 to 1958. In 1954, he played for the Artesia NuMexers. During a game between the NuMexers and the Roswell Rockets, Rocket Joe Bauman hit his 71st homerun off a pitch from Goodell.
