Gellus was a female Human senior civil servant in Fleet Supply on Coruscant. When Colonel Jacen Solo of the Galactic Alliance Guard tried to procure more supplies for Galactic Alliance soldiers on the front lines during the Second Galactic Civil War, Gellus was the civil servant who Solo spoke to. Since Solo was not a member of the Galactic Alliance Defense Force, she told him he had to wait until he had authorization from someone higher up, such as Supreme Commander Cha Niathal, to request procurement.
