The Hypercane Prediction Center is the branch of the BPWPC that issues hypercane forecasts. So far, the HPC has only ever issued advisories on 2 storms: Superstorm Faith and Megacane Tetra. The HPC also does research into hypercanes/megacanes and their effects.
