Lucia Georgine Mendes (May 14th, 2446 - ) is a member of the Lourenne Democratic Party. She was born in Sulequa, Kundir to Ayma and Madeleine Mendes and she recieved a BA in Statistics from Ganteaume College. She is married to Helen Damra, a columnist from the Valois Herald and in 2478, Lucia and Helen adopted a Gao-Shotan girl, Airi. Unlike her brother Xavier, she followed in her father's footsteps and joined the Lourenne Democratic Party.
