Find someone like Gareth and have him redesign his house to have a really nice dungeon. Make the dungeon near impossible to complete by incorporating copious teleport traps, and make the dungeon style be like that of a maze. At least a steel dragon should be introduced; an iron dragon would be an added bonus if the necessary funds are available. Should funding fall short, sell advertising spots in the event to major donors. To achieve this, most other rooms will have to be sacrificed, including the two bedrooms needed to have a butler. Gambling rooms above the dungeon would also be a nice bonus.
