In 1987 she and her boyfriend, Force-bolt, fought a demonic monster on the Whateley campus. At the end she was completely exhausted, unable to utilize any of her powers, including that which allowed her to present as female. When the outward seeming faded away and she was revealed as an androgynous male, Force-bolt was overcome with revulsion and killed her.
