Arisa Kiyoto is a Japanese voice actress, cosplayer and singer affiliated with Across Entertainment. She provides the voice of Masumi Kotsu in Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V. Kiyoto cosplayed Anzu Masumi (闇津ますみ), one of the charisma students in the commercial video series by Konami. Under the alias Anzu Masumi, she formed a pop duo group Pendulum☆Cute with Rin Aizawa (逢沢凛) - alias Shirosaki Ruri (白咲るり). They sang the first ending of Yu-Gi-Oh! ARC-V: One Step.
