Lucrezia Noin (ルクレツィア・ノイン, Rukuretsia Noin?, taken from German neun, lit. "nine") is a fictional character from the anime Mobile Suit Gundam Wing. She is voiced by Chisa Yokoyama in the Japanese dub and Saffron Henderson in the English dub.
