Administrators: You can block user name and ip address. If the user gets over 4 same warnings, block him/her. If the user gets under 100 points, block the user indefinetally. After blocking the user, always paste the template {{Blocked|Block timer|Reason why this user is blocked}}~~~~ on the user talk page. When looking at the user talk page, look in the history to see if the user removed the block request from his own talk page for no reason and is he/she did, give him/her an even longer block. Users:
