Topher 2.0 was an imprinted personality of Victor's that was created and modified from the original personality of Topher Brink. The personality was initially created to allow the original Topher to literally be in two places at once, the L.A. Dollhouse and the D.C. Dollhouse. Topher 2.0 was later used to help Priya Tsetsang and Anthony Ceccoli discover what had happened at the L.A Dollhouse, as well as setting up an imprint of new skills for Anthony.
